We agree the purpose, assessment method, site access, information required and report deliverables before work begins. Where upgrades are proposed, assessment findings should inform the recommendations and sequencing of the project.
CPTED reviews may consider visibility, lighting, access, boundaries and how a space is used. Security-equipment installation, engineering, construction and specialist approvals are separate from SALAM’s services unless expressly included in the agreement.
Sensitive findings and site records are shared directly with authorized client contacts rather than posted publicly.

SALAM’s existing accessibility work considers entrances, circulation, washrooms and prayer areas, alongside emergency arrangements for people with disabilities.
Where appropriate, a specialist review can be coordinated with accessibility partners, including DEEN Support Services, subject to the agreed project arrangements. The scope identifies the reviewer, assessment method and deliverables.
Recommendations can inform a staged improvement plan and any applicable funding request. This service is distinct from a building-code certification or an engineering approval.
