An inquiry may include organizational details, a contact role and contact details, service preferences, funding status and general project priorities. This information supports needs review, quotation and service coordination.

Please omit alarm codes, detailed vulnerabilities, floor plans and identifying incident information. Assessment evidence is handled through a separately agreed confidential channel.

How service requests are handled

The online intake collects the details you enter to help SALAM review your needs, prepare a quotation and coordinate services.

Formspree processes and stores submissions and sends email notifications to SALAM. See the form provider’s privacy information.

The form has no file-upload fields. Please share only general project details. Sensitive site documents and incident records should be shared separately through the confidential channel agreed with SALAM.
