What we do

Five programs. All free. All confidential.

Each one answers the same four questions up front: what we do, who it’s for, how long it takes, and what you walk away with.

Program · 01

Site Risk Assessment

What we do
A SALAM team walks your building, finds the blind spots with CPTED, and hands you a written report with prioritized fixes.
Who it's for
Mosque boards and facilities leads.
How long
One 2–3 hour site visit; report within two weeks.
You walk away with
A plain-language report your board can act on — surveillance gaps, access control, lighting, territoriality.

Security Marshal Training

What we do
We train your volunteers in the three-team model — Overwatch, External/parking, Internal — plus controlled access, de-escalation, and incident logging.
Who it's for
Volunteers and staff who want to protect their own community.
How long
A half-day workshop, hands-on.
You walk away with
A drilled marshal team, a pre-event safety checklist, and a simple incident-logging system on the apps you already use.

Emergency Response

What we do
Scene survey, crisis communication, and the Run / Hide / Defend framework — what to do in the worst minute, rehearsed.
Who it's for
Anyone in the community. No experience needed.
How long
A 90-minute session, repeatable.
You walk away with
The confidence and the muscle memory to act in the five to seven minutes before police arrive.

Family & Public Harassment Defense

What we do
Workshops for families — especially sisters — on recording, de-escalation, the SOS features already in your phone, and the three-person rule.
Who it's for
Families, parents, and sisters' groups.
How long
A 60–90 minute workshop, in your space.
You walk away with
Practical, lawful strategies for harassment in public — and a calm plan for the moment it happens.

Accessibility Audit

What we do
With our partners at DEEN Support Services, we audit how welcoming your space is for people with disabilities — entrances, ramps, washrooms, and prayer areas — and map the upgrades worth making.
Who it's for
Mosques and community spaces that want to be safer and more welcoming for everyone.
How long
A site visit using the DEEN audit; a written report follows.
You walk away with
A prioritized accessibility plan — plus help pursuing government grants to fund the renovations.
