Each user performs agreed tasks without changing protected configuration. A vendor-qualified specialist demonstrates model-specific operations and records competence against the actual installation.

Family and public harassment safety

Building on SALAM’s existing family safety work, sessions can address calm de-escalation, getting assistance, documenting an incident when safe and using a phone’s emergency features.

This support can be tailored for families, parents, staff and women’s groups within an agreed course scope. Personal safety and disruptive-person modules provide a starting point; the quotation confirms the selected material and duration.
